Award winning Chef Jean-luc plied his trade in some of LA’s most popular French Restaurants, including Chez Helene, Moustache Cafe, Colette, Chez Mimi, and also The Ritz Carlton.
For nearly twelve years, Jean-luc was staff chef for All Saints’ Church in Beverly Hills, dealing with all hospitality aspects for church events. He has cooked for small groups as well as large dinner parties and receptions. Now Jean-luc’s innovative world cuisine, grounded in traditional French Country Style is available for your private events.
Chef Jean-luc Gignac will personally select only the highest quality, freshest ingredients for your meal. It’s how the Gignac family has always cooked. We have more selections available and Jean-luc would be happy to meet with you to discuss creating a personalized menu for your event, including special dietary needs - this menu is not limited!
